UBS has added Pasha Azad, Dayne Crist, Steven Summerhays and Koby Dardashti to its Los Angeles Private Wealth Management office, where the advisors will operate as Lumina Wealth Partners at UBS.
The team joins from Bernstein Private Wealth Management and is supported by four client service professionals.
Lumina Wealth Partners advises entrepreneurs, founders, business owners, executives, artists, entertainers, professional athletes and multigenerational families.
Its work includes advising clients around business sales and other liquidity events, investment strategy, philanthropy and intergenerational wealth transfer.
The team will be based at UBS’s new 2000 Avenue of the Stars office in Century City, which brings together more than 225 employees across Private Wealth Management, Wealth Management and the Investment Bank.
The location also includes municipal traders and more than 20 consultants and is intended to increase collaboration across UBS businesses.
Azad joins as Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor and brings more than 15 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, founders, entertainers and multigenerational families.
Crist also joins as Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor, focusing on business owners, executives, athletes and entertainers navigating liquidity events and significant wealth transitions. He was previously a starting quarterback at the University of Notre Dame.
Summerhays joins as a Financial Advisor and brings more than a decade of experience working with high-net-worth families, athletes, business owners and executives. He is also a former professional athlete.
Dardashti joins as a Financial Advisor serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, particularly entrepreneurs, business owners, athletes and entertainers.
The four advisors are joined by Ryan Siroky and Lexie Kamran as Senior Wealth Strategy Associates, Alex Day as Senior Registered Client Associate and Nick Horn as Registered Client Associate.
