UBS Opens 26,000-Square-Foot Wealth Advice Center Hub In Dallas

UBS Wealth Management US has opened a new Wealth Advice Center hub at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas, expanding its national platform for affluent and high-net-worth clients. The 26,000-square-foot office can accommodate more than 170 financial advisors, executives and support professionals. UBS plans to recruit experienced advisors and participants in its Financial Advisor Development Program during the next year.

The Dallas location becomes the Wealth Advice Center’s third major hub, joining facilities in Weehawken, New Jersey, and Charlotte, North Carolina.

UBS also has Wealth Advice Center advisors located across 37 U.S. cities. The hub network is designed to provide centralized resources, training and support while allowing advisors to serve clients across multiple regions.

The Dallas office will function as the Central Region headquarters for the Wealth Advice Center and support financial advisors working in UBS branch offices.

A dedicated training facility will be used to develop emerging financial advisors. UBS said the location will serve as an incubator for early-career professionals and create a pathway into teams across its Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management businesses.

The office is located on the 20th floor of 23Springs, a 26-story commercial development at Cedar Springs Road and Maple Avenue. The building includes a fitness studio, street-level park and restaurants.

UBS selected Dallas because of its expanding population of affluent households, client demand and financial services workforce. The firm expects the market to support continued recruiting and growth.

The Wealth Advice Center serves affluent and high-net-worth clients through advisors supported by centralized technology, investment, planning and service capabilities.

UBS reported $6.9 trillion in invested assets as of the first quarter of 2026 and operates in more than 50 markets globally.
