UFOFLEET, the intelligent operating system built by UFODRIVE, has acquired FleetMaster from Cox Automotive in a move designed to accelerate the modernization of the global fleet and mobility sector. The company said the deal will expand its reach across Europe, the Americas, and Asia‑Pacific while bringing its AI‑powered infrastructure to FleetMaster’s established rental, leasing, and dealer management platform.
UFOFLEET already supports major operators, including Hertz and Merchants Fleet, and the company recently surpassed one million users while earning industry recognition from Frost & Sullivan and Hitachi.
FleetMaster, founded in 2011 and previously part of Cox Automotive, provides cloud‑native software that helps rental and leasing operators optimize operations. Cox Automotive said the sale positions FleetMaster to evolve faster by leveraging UFOFLEET’s technology, customer base, and momentum in the mobility sector.
