UgenticAI: $4 Million Raised To Transform Small Business Operations With Agentic AI

By Amit Chowdhry • Jul 29, 2025

UgenticAI, an AI holding company, has secured $4 million in funding to expand its portfolio of agentic AI companies. These companies develop AI systems that autonomously manage complex business functions, such as sales, content creation, and customer support, aiming to deliver tangible business results rather than merely automate processes.

UgenticAI’s mission is to acquire or develop agentic AI companies and integrate them for scalability. Unlike traditional AI tools that need constant human oversight, agentic AI operates independently, making decisions and completing tasks with minimal intervention.

Despite the rising interest in AI, over 76% of the 450 million small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) globally have not yet adopted AI tools, even with SMB software spending exceeding $1.6 trillion. UgenticAI, as a holding company, manages a portfolio of AI-driven businesses, providing centralized resources while allowing for independent growth.

The funds raised will support acquisitions, team expansion, and infrastructure development, with three additional deals in negotiation for 2025. The company aims for a $350 million IPO in 2.5 years and envisions becoming an AI conglomerate valued at over $3 billion.

A crucial part of UgenticAI’s mission is educating SMBs about the transformative potential of agentic AI, which can replace full-time roles with autonomous software agents that learn and act independently.

KEY QUOTES:

“Most AI startups are not solving full business problems; they’re building features. We believe the real opportunity lies in building or acquiring agentic AI companies that serve entire business functions.”

“Agentic AI isn’t about eliminating jobs for the sake of it. It’s about enabling businesses to do things they simply couldn’t afford or scale before.”
