Unbox Robotics has raised $28 million (INR 243 crore) in a Series B funding round led by ICICI Venture and Redstart Labs (Infoedge), with co-investment from F-Prime, 3one4 Capital, Navam Capital, Force Ventures, and other existing backers. The round included a mix of primary and secondary capital, and the company said the transaction also created meaningful employee liquidity through its ESOP program.

The Pune-based supply chain robotics company plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its leadership and engineering teams, accelerate new product development, and expand its market presence across India and select international markets. Unbox Robotics builds modular robotic automation for intralogistics, combining proprietary swarm-intelligence software with modular 3D robotic sortation hardware designed to coordinate fleets of robots and scale throughput with minimal fixed infrastructure.

Unbox said it has built a growing customer base across India, Europe, and the U.S., serving e-commerce, retail, and third-party logistics operators. The company also noted it has achieved more than 5x year-on-year growth and is profitable, positioning the new capital as fuel to scale deployments and broaden product capabilities as demand for warehouse automation increases.
