Unframe announced that it is acquiring Swish AI, a company specializing in AI-powered IT service management and operations.
The acquisition will strengthen Unframe’s enterprise AI platform and expand its AI-native data capabilities. Swish AI brings expertise in helping enterprise IT teams automate workflows, improve service delivery, and turn operational data into actionable insights.
Founded in 2018 by Sebastien Adjiman and Arnon Yaffe, Swish AI has raised more than $20 million and is trusted by IT teams at leading global organizations. The company initially focused on IT service management, but its underlying technology was designed to ingest, restructure, and create a physical data layer purpose-built for AI.
Unframe said the acquisition will help broaden its ability to deliver AI solutions across enterprise workflows. Swish AI’s technology is expected to support deterministic, high-value answers for AI agents and applications running on top of Unframe’s platform.
The deal follows Unframe’s May announcement that it had surpassed $100 million in total contract value within 12 months and raised an additional $50 million in funding led by Highland Europe. The company has raised $100 million since inception.
By joining Unframe, Swish AI customers will gain access to a broader enterprise AI platform, additional technical resources, and expanded support for identifying and delivering AI use cases across organizations. Unframe said these use cases can extend beyond IT operations into workforce productivity, knowledge management, procurement automation, customer service, finance transformation, and other business functions.
