Unframe Appoints Three Senior Executives After Reaching $100 Million In Contract Value And 400% Net Revenue Retention

Unframe has expanded its executive team with three senior appointments as the enterprise AI company prepares for its next phase of growth. The company appointed Jonathan Pogact as Vice President of Marketing, Lior Hakimi as Vice President of Finance and Chris Slovak as Global Field Chief Technology Officer.

The appointments strengthen Unframe’s leadership across marketing and pipeline development, financial operations and enterprise technical strategy.

Unframe said the expansion follows a breakout year in which it reached $100 million in total contract value, achieved 400% net revenue retention and brought its total funding to $100 million.

The company is now investing in the organizational infrastructure required to convert that commercial momentum into sustained growth. Each new executive will oversee an area Unframe views as essential to scaling its enterprise AI business.

Pogact will lead Unframe’s marketing organization, including efforts to expand brand awareness, strengthen market positioning and generate additional sales pipeline.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, primarily with high-growth software companies.

Pogact most recently served as Vice President of Marketing at Seamless.AI. During his six years with the company, he built and led its integrated marketing function as the sales intelligence platform expanded.

Before joining Seamless.AI, Pogact held marketing leadership positions at Drips, Fathom and Linkmedia 360.

His experience includes developing brands and demand-generation programs intended to help software companies establish stronger market positions and convert awareness into measurable commercial opportunities.

At Unframe, Pogact will be responsible for communicating the company’s approach to enterprise AI and translating its early customer momentum into a broader market narrative.

The company’s $100 million in total contract value and 400% net revenue retention provide the marketing team with customer adoption and expansion metrics it can use to demonstrate the business impact of Unframe’s technology.

Hakimi joins Unframe as Vice President of Finance after spending approximately 15 years building and scaling financial functions at software-as-a-service companies.

His experience includes supporting businesses through capital raises, acquisitions and the transition from growth-stage operations to larger-scale organizations.

Hakimi previously spent nearly seven years at Optimove. He joined the company as Controller and eventually became Vice President of Finance.

During his tenure, he helped scale Optimove’s financial operations through a capital raise and two cross-border acquisitions.

Hakimi subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer at Browzwear and Onebeat.

At Unframe, he will develop the financial systems, planning processes and operational controls required to support the company’s continued expansion.

His appointment comes as Unframe builds the infrastructure needed to manage a larger customer base, growing contract commitments and additional investments across its organization.

Hakimi said he was drawn to Unframe’s emphasis on measurable customer outcomes rather than the broader hype surrounding artificial intelligence.

The company’s approach focuses on helping enterprises identify a meaningful AI use case, build it from beginning to end and demonstrate tangible results before expanding into additional applications.

Slovak joins as Global Field CTO, bringing nearly two decades of experience working with enterprise customers on complex technical and data architecture decisions.

He most recently spent eight years at Tealium, where he served as Vice President of Global Solutions Consulting.

In that role, Slovak worked with enterprise buyers evaluating and implementing technology across complicated data environments.

Before joining Tealium, he held senior technical positions at Yahoo and SearchForce.

Slovak’s background centers on translating complicated technical requirements into clearly defined business outcomes. As Global Field CTO, he will work with enterprises evaluating how Unframe’s AI capabilities can address operational and strategic challenges.

He will also help connect customer requirements with Unframe’s product and technical teams, ensuring that enterprise deployments are structured around measurable business objectives.

Slovak said many organizations have moved quickly to experiment with AI but continue to struggle with execution.

Enterprises may launch multiple pilots and generate substantial AI output without establishing a clear path from experimentation to operational transformation.

Unframe’s model is designed to begin with a specific use case that has meaningful business value. The company then works to build and validate that application from end to end before applying the resulting knowledge to additional deployments.

The approach is intended to make each subsequent use case faster and easier to implement as the organization develops experience, reusable infrastructure and greater confidence in its AI strategy.

Unframe CEO and co-founder Shay Levi said the three appointments reflect the leadership requirements created by the company’s rapid commercial growth.

Pogact will help build the brand and pipeline needed to reach more potential enterprise customers. Hakimi will develop the financial infrastructure required to support a larger organization, while Slovak will help customers connect AI technology with business transformation.

The company plans to continue investing across multiple functions as demand for enterprise AI services and technology increases.

Unframe is also hiring across several areas as it builds the organization needed to support additional customers and enterprise-wide deployments.

KEY QUOTES:

“The numbers here are impossible to ignore: $100 million in TCV and 400% net revenue retention in less than twelve months. But what made this decision easy was spending time with the founders and the team. The pace, the talent, the ambition and the problems they’re solving made it clear they’re building something genuinely different. I’m here to help tell that story.”

Jonathan Pogact, Vice President of Marketing at Unframe

“I joined Unframe because, from my very first conversations with Shay and the leadership team, I saw a genuine customer obsession and a relentless commitment to delivering meaningful value. I strongly identify with the belief that technology should be measured by the impact it creates, not by the hype around it.”

“Unframe is at the forefront of the AI revolution, but what truly won me over was the opportunity to join a group of people who put the customer at the center and consistently bring every conversation back to the tangible value AI can unlock.”

Lior Hakimi, Vice President of Finance at Unframe

“The gap I keep seeing across enterprises isn’t AI adoption, it’s execution. Organizations are generating more AI output than ever and still struggling to convert it into real business outcomes. Everyone is running pilots. Nobody is running transformation.”

“Unframe is built to get the enterprise to commit to one use case that actually matters, build it end to end, prove it works and watch every use case after get faster. That’s the model I want to be part of.”

Chris Slovak, Global Field CTO at Unframe

“Unframe has built significant commercial momentum in a short period, and these three appointments reflect what that demands. Jonathan, Lior and Chris each bring deep experience that is exactly suited to the stage we’re at and to the stage we’re headed toward.”

Shay Levi, Co-Founder and CEO of Unframe
