Unframe is an all-in-one enterprise AI platform that enables businesses to bring any unique AI use case to life in days, rather than months. Pulse 2.0 interviewed Unframe co-founder and CEO Shay Levi to gain a deeper understanding of the company.

Shay Levi’s Background

Shay Levi

Could you tell me more about your background? Levi said:

“I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Unframe, where I’m focused on building transformative enterprise AI solutions. Before starting Unframe, I co-founded Noname Security and helped lead the company to $40 million in ARR and a $500 million acquisition by Akamai in just four years. I’ve spent my career solving complex technical challenges at scale—across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and product development—and I’m now bringing that experience to reimagine what’s possible for enterprises through AI.”

Formation Of The Company

How did the idea for the company come together? Levi shared:

“The idea for Unframe came from a shared frustration: enterprise software is rigid, outdated, and painfully slow to deliver real value. While AI has transformed so much of our personal lives, the tools we use at work still feel clunky and disconnected. We realized the traditional model—building one niche product and slowly expanding—just doesn’t cut it anymore. So we set out to build something different: a platform that delivers fast, secure, and tailored AI solutions that actually make a difference. Our goal was to create something enterprises truly rely on—and maybe even love to use.”

Favorite Memory

What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Levi reflected:

“One of my favorite memories so far has been seeing Unframe earn the trust of both world-class investors and some of the largest global enterprises—before even officially launching. Securing funding from top-tier firms like Bessemer Venture Partners and Craft Ventures was a powerful validation of the company’s vision. But even more rewarding has been partnering with industry-leading enterprises and hearing their feedback: that Unframe’s platform is not only accelerating innovation, but transforming how they operate. That level of trust and impact, so early in the company’s journey, has been one of the most meaningful.”

Core Products

What are the company’s core products and features? Levi explained:

“Unframe is a turnkey enterprise AI platform that enables organizations to rapidly deploy custom AI solutions for any use case. Built on modular building blocks, Unframe powers applications across observability, data abstraction, automation, and intelligent agents—all tailored to each customer’s unique environment. Its Blueprint approach orchestrates everything from integrations to interfaces, making implementation seamless. With no restrictions on users or queries, secure data handling that stays within the enterprise perimeter, and outcome-based pricing, Unframe allows companies to experience real value before they ever commit.”

Challenges Faced

What challenges have Levi and the team face in building the company? Levi acknowledged:

“One of the biggest challenges has been cutting through the AI hype to deliver real, enterprise-grade value. We’ve stayed focused on outcomes, not buzzwords—partnering closely with customers to solve meaningful problems at speed and scale for day 1.”

Evolution Of The Company’s Technology

How has the company’s technology evolved since launching? Levi noted:

“Unframe rapidly developed a platform with hundreds of AI building blocks, allowing enterprises to solve a wide range of use cases.Over time, our platform’s solution approach has crystallized into four core pillars – Observability & Reporting, Extraction & Abstraction, Automation & Agents, and Knowledge On-Demand. These pillars are proof of progress, driven by our customers’ needs and built to tackle the toughest enterprise challenges. Our technology continues to evolve every day, as we stay closely aligned with the fast-moving AI landscape—launching new capabilities and innovations in response to the pace of change and opportunity in the field.”

Significant Milestones

What have been some of the company’s most significant milestones? Levi cited:

“We’ve hit some incredible milestones in a short amount of time. We raised from top-tier venture capital firms, reached millions in annual recurring revenue in our very first quarter of sales, and partnered with some of the world’s leading enterprises. To go from stealth to global scale in under a year has been both exciting and humbling—and it’s just the beginning.”

Customer Success Stories

When asking Levi about customer success stories, he highlighted:

“One customer story I’m especially proud of is our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield. They’re a global leader in real estate services, and they’ve been incredibly forward-thinking in how they use AI to drive their digital strategy. By working with Unframe, they’ve been able to unlock critical insights faster and deliver stronger outcomes for their clients. As part of their AI+ strategy, they’re pushing aggressively to bring fast-paced, innovative solutions to market—and we’re thrilled to be at the center of that. As Salumeh Companieh, their Chief Digital & Information Officer, put it: “Our ability to draw meaningful insights and deliver client outcomes has been significantly enhanced by working with Unframe.” It’s partnerships like this that remind us why we built this platform in the first place.”

Funding

When asking Levi about the company’s funding details, he revealed:

“Yes. Unframe raised $50 million in funding and has already achieved millions in ARR.”

Total Addressable Market

What total addressable market (TAM) size is the company pursuing? Levi assessed:

“We see the enterprise AI market as truly limitless. Every enterprise—regardless of industry, size, or geography—is under pressure to innovate faster, operate more efficiently, and stay ahead of the curve. AI isn’t optional anymore; it’s becoming foundational to how modern businesses compete and grow. That’s why we’re not focused on one narrow vertical or use case. Our platform is built to serve a wide range of enterprise needs, from observability to automation to intelligent agents. As the demand for flexible, secure, and high-impact AI solutions continues to grow, we believe Unframe is positioned to serve a massive and rapidly expanding market.”

Differentiation From The Competition

What differentiates the company from its competition? Levi affirmed:

“What sets Unframe apart from competitors is that we’re not a niche, single-use-case solution—we’re built to serve the full spectrum of enterprise AI needs. While many companies offer point solutions or require lengthy implementation cycles, we deliver tailored AI solutions at lightning speed, with no limits on users, queries, or integrations. Our platform is LLM-agnostic and designed for rapid impact. Plus, our outcome-based pricing means customers only pay once they see real value. It’s a fundamentally different approach—more flexible, more scalable, and truly enterprise-ready.”

Future Company Goals

What are some of the company’s future goals? Levi concluded:

“We’re focused on scaling globally, deepening partnerships with leading enterprises, and continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI. Our goal is to become the default AI platform for the modern enterprise.”
