UnifyApps, a company developing the Enterprise Operating System for AI, announced it has raised $50 million in Series B funding to help enterprises become truly AI-native. The funding round was led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from ICONIQ and other investors, bringing the company’s total funding to $81 million.
The announcement also marks the appointment of Ragy Thomas as Chairman and Co-CEO, joining existing Co-Founder and CEO Pavitar Singh to drive the company’s next phase of growth.
The new capital will be used to expand UnifyApps’ team and European presence, accelerate product development, and extend integrations with leading enterprise systems while building a catalog of pre-built applications. The company’s mission is to transform how enterprises adopt and scale AI by providing the foundational infrastructure to unify systems, workflows, and intelligence across the organization.
Many enterprises have invested millions in generative AI pilots, yet few have successfully scaled them. Large language models (LLMs) struggle to access siloed systems of record and activity, limiting their ability to produce business value. So organizations face what UnifyApps calls “AI sprawl,” a proliferation of isolated, use-case-specific applications that cannot connect or scale.
UnifyApps addresses this challenge with an LLM-agnostic platform that connects systems of record, knowledge, and activity through low-code and no-code tools. This approach allows enterprises to turn fragmented experiments into production-grade, AI-native applications that deliver measurable outcomes.
UnifyApps’ platform integrates with major enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Workday, and corporate intranets, while applying the right AI models and ontologies within existing employee tools. The company’s Six-Layer Enterprise AI Architecture unites system integration, data and ontology management, workflow automation, application experience, and autonomous agent deployment into one seamless platform. This unified system enables enterprises to act on data, automate complex workflows, and embed AI across all business processes.
Organizations such as HDFC Bank, Deutsche Telekom, Contentstack, Belcorp, Sirion Labs, WalkMe, Air Arabia, Liva Insurance, and multiple government entities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are using UnifyApps to unify data and accelerate AI adoption. And the company reports over 600% year-over-year revenue growth and a global customer base spanning retail, banking, telecom, travel, healthcare, technology, and the public sector. Customers are using UnifyApps to automate HR processes, streamline claims management, optimize supply chains, and drive measurable efficiency improvements in just months.
The addition of industry veteran Ragy Thomas is expected to strengthen UnifyApps’ global reach and leadership. Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software and deep relationships across the CIO and CISO communities. With expertise in compliance, SaaS operations, and scaling technology platforms, UnifyApps is well-positioned to lead the next phase of enterprise AI transformation.
