Uniphore: $260 Million Series F At $2.5 Billion Valuation Raised To Advance Leadership In Business AI

By Amit Chowdhry ● Oct 22, 2025

Uniphore, the Business AI company, announced the closing of a $260 million Series F funding round led by NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks. The funding round also saw participation from NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures, among others. The new funding values the company at $2.5 billion and will be used to expand innovation and adoption of its flagship platform, the Business AI Cloud.

The Business AI Cloud is a sovereign, composable, and secure platform designed to enable enterprises to orchestrate models, agents, and data seamlessly across their ecosystems. The platform empowers more than 2,000 global businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, to deliver measurable outcomes by turning data into intelligent, governed, and automated workflows.

The strategic participation of central AI and data infrastructure companies in this round represents a landmark moment for enterprise AI. NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks have each invested to help advance Uniphore’s mission to enable an “agentic enterprise”—one in which organizations deploy interconnected AI agents that autonomously drive business processes. The collaboration enhances Uniphore’s platform capabilities in model orchestration, data governance, and rapid AI deployment.

Uniphore’s technology is already driving transformation across multiple industries. For example, KPMG is building AI agents on Uniphore’s platform to improve efficiency in procurement, workforce, and finance. And Konecta uses the platform to codify operational expertise into reusable libraries of AI agents for multilingual support, QA automation, and workflow orchestration. Additional enterprise customers include Allstate, The Washington Post, Priceline, Atlassian, Bloomberg Media, Dell, and Skechers.

The new funding builds on Uniphore’s recent milestones, including the launch of the Business AI Cloud in spring 2025 and the acquisitions of ActionIQ and Infoworks. The company also announced plans to acquire Orby AI and Autonom8 to deepen its expertise in enterprise automation and AI deployment. These developments strengthen Uniphore’s end-to-end approach, which integrates data, knowledge, and models while maintaining compliance, scalability, and security.
