United Capital Financial Advisors Acquires Apexium Financial

United Capital Financial Advisors announced the acquisition of Apexium Financial LP, expanding its national presence and adding more than $4 billion in assets under management. Apexium Financial operates across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest, and brings a team of experienced wealth management professionals with over two decades of industry expertise.

The acquisition strengthens United Capital’s advisor base and enhances its financial planning-led service model. Apexium’s team has built its business through multiple referral channels and a focus on personalized financial strategies for clients. With the addition of Apexium, United Capital aims to scale further its service offerings, which include estate planning, income tax planning, investment services, business-focused financial solutions and insurance capabilities.

This transaction marks United Capital’s second acquisition of the year, following its acquisition of The Paul Group in September 2025.
