United Safety & Survivability Corporation announced a strategic recapitalization and a partnership with Reacton Fire Suppression to create a global leader in mobile fire suppression systems serving mission-critical industries.
The partnership brings together United Safety’s manufacturing scale and global infrastructure with Reacton’s engineering-focused fire suppression technologies. Together, the companies plan to expand their presence across sectors, including mining, heavy machinery, defense, transportation, marine, energy, and critical infrastructure.
Reacton, originally founded in the United Kingdom, has spent more than a decade building a reputation as a global fire suppression provider with operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. Its growth has centered on engineering reliability and customer trust, with its Reacton and Fireward brands deployed in demanding industrial environments.
Through the partnership, United Safety’s international manufacturing capabilities and operational scale will support Reacton’s installation of efficient fire suppression technologies. The combined organization will accelerate investment in research and development while expanding product innovation.
The companies said the newly formed group will offer a broad portfolio of fire suppression technologies, including water mist, liquid, dry powder, clean agent, and dual agent systems. The combined platform is expected to strengthen support for multinational OEM partners and global fleet operators.
Both companies emphasized that customers and partners will continue working with the established Reacton and Fireward brands. Existing engineering standards and customer relationships will remain in place while benefiting from increased global resources and infrastructure.
The combined organization is positioning itself to expand across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the Americas while delivering fire protection solutions designed for high-value equipment and mission-critical environments.
