Trinity Capital has committed $26 million in growth capital to Unmind, a workplace mental health platform that combines digital tools, expert care, and artificial intelligence. This financing will help Unmind scale its operations, deepen development of its AI agent Nova, and invest in innovations that guide employees to the right level of mental health support at the right time.
Unmind offers a comprehensive solution for companies looking to support employee wellbeing, encompassing preventive guidance powered by Nova, therapy, coaching, and crisis care. Nearly three million workers at global brands such as Uber and Disney already depend on the platform to access evidence-based programs and track their progress confidentially. By unifying all aspects of mental health care in one place, Unmind aims to make it easier for organizations to build resilient, high-performing teams.
The funding from Trinity Capital, together with Unmind’s prior equity raises, including its Series C round, pushes the company’s total capital raised over $100 million. The debt financing will accelerate hiring, support further advances in the Nova AI agent, and extend Unmind’s reach into new markets. Unmind’s leadership says this support will enable faster innovation in areas like personalized wellbeing plans and real-time mental health insights for leaders and HR teams.
