Uplift Investors announced that John Foy & Associates will become a co-founding partner of Orion Legal MSO, the firm’s managed service organization serving plaintiff law firms.
The partnership supports the continued expansion of Orion’s national platform, building on its founding partnership with Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers and its recent partnership with Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers.
As part of the transaction, John Foy, the founder and CEO of John Foy & Associates, will also join Orion’s National Advisory Board. The board serves as a forum for partner firms to help guide strategy and operations across the platform.
John Foy & Associates has spent more than two decades advocating for injury victims across Georgia. The firm is widely regarded as a leading personal injury firm in Atlanta and has served clients across the city and other communities throughout the state.
Orion will provide John Foy & Associates with non-legal operational support services, including marketing, finance, technology, talent, and administrative infrastructure. The support is designed to enable attorneys to remain focused on clients and legal outcomes. John Foy & Associates will remain 100% owned by John Foy, who will continue to direct the firm’s legal practice.
Holland & Knight LLP served as legal counsel to Orion, and Law Firm GC served as legal counsel to John Foy & Associates.
John Foy & Associates has over 350 years of combined legal experience among its team members and has secured more than $1 billion in compensation for clients. The firm handles a range of personal injury cases across Georgia, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and workplace accidents.
