Uptiq.ai, a leading provider of AI infrastructure for financial services, has raised $12 million in a funding round led by Silverton Partners, with participation from Live Oak Venture Partners, Tau Ventures, First Capital, and Green Visor Capital. The new investment will fuel large-scale adoption of Uptiq Qore, the company’s flagship AI infrastructure platform designed to make financial institutions more agile, compliant, and AI-enabled.
The funding will support Uptiq’s plans to expand partnerships, scale its distribution network, and accelerate go-to-market efforts that bring Qore to a broader range of banks, wealth management firms, and fintech companies.
Founded by a team with deep experience in finance and technology, Uptiq.ai is developing what it calls “The AI Platform for financial services.” The company’s Qore platform serves as a composable foundation that enables financial institutions to build and scale AI-powered products with built-in governance and compliance. By integrating with existing systems, Qore allows users to develop AI applications in lending, advisory, and compliance without overhauling legacy infrastructure.
Uptiq currently supports more than 140 institutions worldwide and plans to use this new capital to accelerate growth through 2026. Its roadmap includes scaling adoption across financial ecosystems, expanding its AI infrastructure and compliance frameworks, and deepening partnerships to establish Qore as the default AI layer for the financial sector.
