Urban Partners announced the sale of a portfolio of four newly developed logistics properties in Vestby and Moss, Norway, to KLP Eiendom in a transaction valued at NOK 1.8 billion. The deal represents the largest logistics transaction in Norway so far this year.
The portfolio comprises approximately 98,000 square meters of modern logistics space located in two of Norway’s leading logistics hubs. The assets include Toveien 19, Toveien 21 and Stormåsan 42 in Vestby, along with Vestre Vanemvei 51 in Moss.
All four properties are fully leased to a diversified group of tenants, including Schibsted, NTEX, H&M and Vinhuset. The portfolio has a weighted average unexpired lease term of approximately seven years.
Urban Partners developed the assets over the past four years. The buildings feature high technical and environmental standards, including EPC ratings, BREEAM certifications and solar panels.
Vestby and Moss are located south of Oslo along the E6 transportation corridor, providing access to domestic and international distribution networks connecting Norway with the broader Nordic region and European markets.
KLP Eiendom said the acquisition strengthens its position in the logistics sector and provides long-term value for its owners in Norway’s municipal and healthcare sectors.
Colliers served as sell-side advisor to Urban Partners, while Wikborg Rein acted as legal advisor on the transaction.
