UserTesting has acquired User Interviews in a move to combine enterprise customer insights software with large-scale participant recruitment to create a more comprehensive customer insights solution for the “AI era.” Financial terms were not disclosed.
UserTesting said the acquisition adds User Interviews’ participant recruitment marketplace and panel management capabilities to UserTesting’s insights platform and participant network. The combined offering is designed to help enterprises recruit targeted audiences—across consumer, B2B, and specialized segments—more quickly and cost-effectively for user research, market research, and AI training use cases.
The companies said the deal strengthens participant access and management at enterprise scale, emphasizing breadth of panel reach, precise targeting using demographic and behavioral segmentation, fraud prevention controls, rapid access to participants for moderated and unmoderated research, and enterprise-grade security, privacy, and data governance.
UserTesting positions the combined platform as a way for teams to embed real customer feedback into product development, marketing, customer experience initiatives, and AI deployments, supported by AI-powered analysis to speed insight generation. UserTesting said it serves more than 3,000 customers, including 75 of the Fortune 100, while User Interviews said it has a network of more than 6 million participants.
