Valor Exterior Partners, an exterior home services platform backed by Osceola Capital, has acquired Landmark Exteriors, a Norwalk, Connecticut-based provider of roofing, siding and related residential services across Connecticut and New York.

Founded in 1997, Landmark brings expertise in higher-end exterior projects, including cedar, copper and slate roofing systems. The deal expands Valor’s geographic footprint into Connecticut and strengthens its presence in the broader Northeast corridor, building on the platform’s existing operations from its Cincinnati headquarters.

The transaction is Valor’s eighth acquisition since launching the platform in September 2024, underscoring a continued buy-and-build strategy focused on adding complementary service lines and extending coverage into attractive regional markets.

Jerry Arteaga, CEO of Valor, said the acquisition brings a long-established operator with a strong regional reputation into the organization and positions Valor to support Landmark’s next phase of growth while widening the platform’s reach in Connecticut and New York.

Osceola Managing Partner Ben Moe said the acquisition enhances Valor’s cash flow generation and operating capabilities in its core region, while also creating cross-selling opportunities—particularly around cedar roof and siding preservation services through Landmark’s Cedar Life division.

Valor Exterior Partners provides installation, repair, replacement and maintenance services across a range of exterior categories, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, skylights, insulation and decking. Landmark will continue serving residential customers throughout Connecticut and New York as part of the Valor platform.

Osceola Capital, based in Tampa, focuses on lower middle-market services businesses and frequently partners with management teams pursuing acquisition-driven growth.
