Valtir appointed Robert “Rob” Scholl as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Nick Verska as the roadway safety and infrastructure products company begins its next phase of leadership. Scholl assumed the CEO role effective October 8, 2026.
He brings more than 25 years of experience across the aerospace, defense, and equipment manufacturing industries.
His background includes extensive CEO leadership as well as experience spanning general management, sales, marketing, and product development.
Valtir said Scholl’s combination of commercial and operational experience will support the company’s focus on profitable growth and operational performance.
The company supplies commercial roadway safety products for permanent and temporary roadway applications in markets around the world.
Scholl succeeds Verska, who is stepping down after more than 25 years with the company.
Valtir credited Verska with helping guide the business through several major strategic transitions during his tenure.
Scholl plans to focus on strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers while pursuing additional growth opportunities.
