Vantage Group, an airport and transportation infrastructure developer and manager, said it has acquired FSM Management Group (FSM) and aviation energy logistics provider AvEnergy, broadening its capabilities in aviation fuel and glycol (de-icing) infrastructure development, management, and logistics.
Vantage said the deal strengthens its position in managing and modernizing critical aviation infrastructure and expands its footprint beyond cargo and passenger operations across its global airport and terminal portfolio, while also enhancing its advisory services.
Montreal-based FSM works with airline partners to develop, construct, and manage airport infrastructure needed to ensure safe and reliable jet fuel supply and aircraft de-icing services. FSM provides administrative services to 12 aviation fuel consortiums and four glycol consortiums across 16 airports in Canada, and is responsible for implementing and managing environmental management programs at those locations. AvEnergy supports the operation and management of mission-critical off-airport infrastructure, serving airlines, fuel suppliers, and airport partners.
Vantage said the acquisition aligns with its strategic focus on critical aviation infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions, positioning the company to expand service offerings across its network of airport and airline partnerships as the aviation industry adapts to shifting market demands.
