VastAdvisor announced the launch of native integrations with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and HubSpot, expanding its AI-powered organic growth platform for wealth management advisors.
The new integrations are designed to eliminate data fragmentation across the CRM systems most widely used by advisory firms. Through the integrations, VastAdvisor delivers its growth intelligence directly inside the CRM environments that advisory firms already use, reducing the need for teams to operate across disconnected systems.
According to the company, CRM fragmentation remains a significant operational challenge in wealth management. Advisory teams often manage client records in one CRM, prospect pipelines in separate tools, and engagement histories across emails and other point solutions, creating inefficiencies and incomplete data visibility. VastAdvisor said the new integrations are intended to unify those workflows and reduce manual reconciliation efforts.
The Salesforce Financial Services Cloud integration provides bi-directional synchronization of contact records, opportunity stages, and activity history, allowing advisors to access VastAdvisor insights directly within existing workflows.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration enables seamless data exchange with Dynamics Sales and Dynamics Customer Insights, helping enterprise advisory teams align CRM records with VastAdvisor’s relationship intelligence and pipeline analytics in real time.
Meanwhile, the HubSpot integration delivers full contact and deal synchronization for RIAs and independent advisory firms using HubSpot as their CRM platform. The integration gives advisors access to VastAdvisor’s segmentation and engagement scoring tools without requiring them to leave the HubSpot interface.
All three integrations operate through VastAdvisor’s unified connector framework, enabling firm administrators to configure and authorize integrations once while maintaining ongoing automatic synchronization.
The integrations are available immediately for VastAdvisor customers on the company’s Professional and Enterprise plans. Existing customers can activate the connectors through the platform’s integrations panel, while prospective customers can request early access through the company’s website.
VastAdvisor also said additional CRM integrations are expected to be announced in the near future.
