Vector Capital To Buy AI Revenue Enablement Company Showpad

Vector Capital Management has announced an agreement to acquire Showpad, a leading AI revenue enablement company based in Chicago and Ghent, Belgium.

Showpad works with customers in over 50 countries, including Coca-Cola and GE Healthcare, to enhance buyer-seller engagement. It is recognized as a leader in various categories by Forrester and has received the “Customers’ Choice” designation on Gartner Peer Insights.

After the acquisition, Vector will merge Showpad with Bigtincan Holdings, which it acquired in April 2025; both will operate under the Showpad brand. This merger aims to create a comprehensive AI-driven revenue enablement solution and boost innovation through combined resources.

Bigtincan, also a leader in sales enablement, serves over 1,000 clients, including Abbott and AT&T. Insight Partners will retain its investment in the new entity, pending regulatory approval.

Advisors: Sidley Austin is serving as legal counsel, Deloitte is serving as tax advisor and Alvarez & Marsal is serving as financial advisor to Vector Capital. And Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton is acting as legal counsel and TD Securities is acting as financial advisor to Showpad.
