Vehlo Buys Total Customer Connect For Enhancing Dealership Service Solutions

By Amit Chowdhry • Jul 15, 2025

Vehlo, a provider of software and financial solutions for the automotive repair industry, has announced the acquisition of Total Customer Connect (TCC). And TCC is a leader in customer retention and service lane technology for car dealerships.

This acquisition strengthens Vehlo’s commitment to optimizing dealership service lanes. TCC’s solutions, including automated service reminders, digital multi-point inspections, and personalized marketing, will be integrated into Vehlo’s existing suite. These tools help dealerships drive revenue, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.

The merger combines Vehlo’s and TCC’s strengths, offering dealerships more unified and intelligent customer engagement capabilities. This aligns with Vehlo’s goal of providing end-to-end workflow solutions for the automotive retail and service markets, where half of all franchise dealers already use Vehlo products.

TCC will maintain its dealer-focused approach while benefiting from Vehlo’s network and resources. Dealers can expect faster innovation, seamless platform integration, and increased support for boosting profitability in their fixed operations.
