Velosio announced the acquisition of Domain 6, a Microsoft-focused consultancy known for its enterprise expertise and industry specialization. The deal is designed to strengthen Velosio’s enterprise capabilities, deepen its alignment within the Microsoft ecosystem, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Under the transaction, Domain 6 will continue operating as “Domain 6, a Velosio company.” The acquisition expands Velosio’s ability to support enterprise customers with complex Microsoft engagements while maintaining Domain 6’s established leadership, client relationships, delivery teams, and day-to-day operations.

Domain 6 brings extensive experience serving enterprise customers, along with longstanding relationships across Microsoft field teams and partner organizations. Velosio said the combination will enable it to deliver larger-scale transformation initiatives while preserving the expertise and market credibility that Domain 6 has developed.

Velosio CEO Robbie Morrison said the acquisition was driven by the strength of Domain 6’s team, leadership, and reputation within the Microsoft ecosystem. Morrison noted that the combination enhances Velosio’s ability to support enterprise customers undertaking complex initiatives while maintaining the continuity and client-focused approach that Domain 6 is known for.

The company said Domain 6 will continue operating under an endorsed-brand model, with no immediate rebranding planned. The leadership team will remain in place, helping ensure a seamless experience for customers and partners while gaining access to Velosio’s broader resources and capabilities.

Domain 6 CEO Salim Faroukh said joining Velosio represents a natural next step for the consultancy. Faroukh added that the partnership provides greater scale, stronger Microsoft alignment, and additional resources to support clients while allowing Domain 6 to maintain its culture, expertise, and client-focused approach.

The acquisition aligns with Velosio’s strategy of expanding its enterprise presence, increasing industry specialization, and strengthening its position as a trusted Microsoft partner. The two organizations plan to gradually align their go-to-market strategies and messaging while maintaining a focus on customer success and ecosystem relationships.

Velosio provides business transformation services across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Modern Work, and the broader Microsoft Cloud ecosystem. The company is backed by Court Square Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with approximately $10.1 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025.
