Vena Solutions: Expanded Credit Facility Led By CIBC Innovation Banking Supports Acterys Acquisition And Growth

CIBC Innovation Banking announced it served as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent for an expanded credit facility supporting Vena Solutions, enabling the company’s acquisition of Acterys.

The financing includes a broadened syndicate and additional capital to support both the acquisition and the continued growth of the combined organization. Financial terms of the credit facility were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens Vena’s position in the enterprise performance management market by adding Acterys’ capabilities in operational planning, analytics, and application development. Together, the platforms aim to deliver more comprehensive, AI-driven planning solutions for finance and business teams.

Vena, which has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue and achieved Centaur status, continues to scale its Microsoft-native platform. The company has been expanding its footprint within the Microsoft ecosystem while advancing its Vena AI capabilities, embedding intelligent agents into finance and operational workflows to improve decision-making and execution.

The integration of Acterys is expected to enhance Vena’s ability to provide connected, end-to-end planning tools that combine financial and operational insights, supporting organizations navigating increasingly complex business environments.

Support: The transaction also reflects continued support from Vena’s investor base, which includes Vista Equity Partners, JMI Equity, and Centana Growth Partners.
