Vennre has closed a $9.6 million Pre-Series A financing round co-led by anb capital and Vision Ventures (VV), marking a new funding milestone for a company aiming to broaden access to private-market investing across the region.
Led by founders Ziad Mabsout, CFA, Anas Halabi, and Abdulrahman AlMalik, Vennre is building what it describes as a trusted, investor-first gateway to private markets tailored for HENRYs—“High Earners, Not Rich Yet.” The company’s positioning targets a growing segment of professionals and business owners who may have strong income but are still in the earlier stages of wealth accumulation, and who are increasingly looking for longer-term investment opportunities beyond traditional public markets.
Vennre said the round will be used to accelerate several strategic priorities, including expanding its client network and investor community across the region, accelerating the delivery of new platform features, and growing strategic partnerships to support the platform’s continued scale. The company framed the financing as both a milestone and an enabling step toward a larger ambition: building the infrastructure and product experience required to make private-market participation feel more accessible, consistent, and aligned with investor outcomes.
The company also highlighted a group of additional backers participating in the round, including Sanabil Investments, 500 MENA, Plus VC (+VC), and ACE & Company. Vennre thanked its investors, partners, and supporters, emphasizing stakeholder trust as it continues building out its platform and regional footprint.
The raise comes as private markets—historically dominated by institutions and ultra-high-net-worth investors—continue to attract interest from a broader pool of individuals seeking differentiated returns and diversification. In that context, platforms like Vennre are working to design onboarding, deal access, and investor experiences that meet the expectations of a new generation of participants, particularly those looking to build wealth over time rather than allocate purely for short-term performance.
Vennre did not disclose additional terms of the financing, including valuation, the structure of the round, or a timeline for subsequent fundraising.
