Veritas Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Saber Power Services from Greenbelt Capital Partners as investment in U.S. electrical infrastructure accelerates. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Members of Saber’s management team will retain a significant minority ownership position, while President and CEO Brian Bratton and the existing leadership team will continue running the business.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Houston, Saber Power provides services supporting the construction, modernization, and maintenance of critical electrical systems.
Its customers include major energy, industrial, utility, and technology companies.
Saber’s infrastructure currently supports electrical systems serving approximately 160 million end users in the U.S. and internationally.
The company is positioned around a large expansion in power infrastructure associated with rising electricity demand, AI and data center development, advanced manufacturing, renewable energy and battery storage, grid hardening, and broader electrification.
Veritas plans to support both organic growth and strategic acquisitions while expanding Saber’s national footprint and service capabilities.
Greenbelt initially invested in Saber in 2023 and supported expansion of its capabilities and market position.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
