Veritiv has acquired Quick Pak and Stickel Packaging Supply, strengthening its packaging platform and expanding its presence in both Central Florida and the Northeast. The acquisitions add complementary product lines, deepen regional customer coverage and bring experienced teams into Veritiv’s growing packaging business.
Quick Pak, founded in 1999 by Mike Cunningham, distributes films, packaging equipment and parts, tapes and strapping to customers across distribution, food and beverage and manufacturing sectors from its Tampa, Florida facility. Stickel Packaging Supply, founded in 1987 by Hal Stickel and now operated by Jeanne Stickel and their sons Christopher and Peter Borriello, provides corrugated packaging, tape, equipment and stretch‑film solutions to customers across New Jersey, greater Philadelphia and Northern Delaware.
