Vertice Launches AI-Powered Procure-To-Pay Platform To Streamline Enterprise Procurement And Finance Operations

Vertice, a London-headquartered AI-powered procurement technology company, has launched a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution designed to help enterprise finance and procurement teams manage purchasing, invoices, payments, and supplier relationships through a unified platform.

The launch expands Vertice’s existing Intake-to-Procure capabilities by extending its software across the complete procurement lifecycle, from the initial purchase request and approval process through invoice reconciliation and final payment.

The new platform establishes a single record containing procurement requests, approvals, supplier negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment information. This integrated approach is intended to reduce manual reconciliation, improve spending visibility, and help companies maintain greater control over procurement budgets.

Vertice P2P incorporates invoice capture and processing, purchase order matching, spending controls, and payment management. By consolidating these processes, the company aims to improve coordination between procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams.

A central component of the offering is Vertice’s proprietary procurement intelligence dataset, which the company says contains information covering more than $75 billion in spending across 32,000 vendors.

The dataset provides customers with market pricing intelligence and supplier-related insights that can support contract negotiations, payment term optimization, and more accurate financial forecasting.

By connecting this information to individual procurement transactions, Vertice aims to help businesses identify pricing discrepancies, assess supplier flexibility, and recover potential savings that might otherwise be lost after contracts are signed.

The company cited research indicating that more than 10% of contract value can be lost after contract execution through missed early-payment discounts, unfavorable payment arrangements, and other contract management inefficiencies.

Vertice’s expanded AI capabilities include invoice intelligence agents that automatically classify financial documents, extract important information, reconcile invoices against purchase orders and contract terms, and compare expenditures with approved budgets.

The system can also assign general ledger codes and generate audit trails, supporting financial reporting and internal controls while reducing manual administrative work.

According to Vertice, early customers have achieved opportunities for faster payment processing, improved supplier terms, or more accurate cost forecasts across more than 80% of suppliers processed through the P2P platform.

Customers are also using the technology to resolve complicated invoice discrepancies, identify opportunities to renegotiate contracts, improve working capital management, capture early-payment discounts, and adjust financial budgets in response to changing supplier prices.

The new product builds on Vertice’s existing procurement platform, which combines AI-powered workflows, purchasing intelligence, and expert sourcing support.

Vertice serves customers in more than 100 countries, including ARM, Brex, Duolingo, Twilio, and Santander. The company reports processing more than $75 billion in spending and achieving savings exceeding 20% for customers, while accelerating procurement cycles by approximately two times.

The company was also named a Leader in the 2026 IDC MarketScape assessment of worldwide AI-enabled spend orchestration platforms.

Vertice operates from its London headquarters and maintains additional offices in New York, Sydney, Brno, Linz, and Johannesburg.

The Procure-to-Pay offering is now available as part of the Vertice platform, expanding the company’s position beyond procurement sourcing and approvals into broader enterprise financial operations.

KEY QUOTES:

“More than 10% of contract value leaks away after signature through missed early payment discounts and suboptimal payment terms. Finance teams can’t protect value if all they can see is a PO and an invoice. We are giving Finance the visibility, context and automation they need to easily plug these leaks. They can generate real strategic value for their businesses by accelerating innovation, removing discrepancies, optimizing spend and budgeting much more accurately.”

Eldar Tuvey, CEO And Founder Of Vertice

“Vertice has established a clear reputation for innovation, user experience and commercial outcomes in Intake-to-Procure, even being named a Leader in the 2026 IDC MarketScape. This position was based in no small part on the context they are able to deliver with their proprietary procurement intelligence dataset. Bringing this to the Procure-to-Pay process is the next logical step, and has the potential to be differentiating.”
