Vertiv Holdings Co announced the acquisition of BMarko Structures LLC to strengthen its ability to deliver scalable, prefabricated, and converged infrastructure solutions for data centers and AI deployments.

The acquisition brings BMarko’s custom-engineered structural fabrication capabilities in-house, enabling Vertiv to vertically integrate a critical component of its Infrastructure Solutions business in North America. The move is expected to enhance supply chain control, expand engineering and manufacturing capacity, and improve execution speed as demand for AI-driven infrastructure accelerates.

BMarko, founded in 2014 and based in South Carolina, specializes in high-quality structural fabrication, including steel and wood frame systems tailored for complex infrastructure projects such as AI factories and data centers. The company recently expanded its facility to approximately 560,000 square feet, located near Vertiv’s regional manufacturing operations.

The transaction builds on an existing working relationship between the two companies and is designed to improve customization, material control, and delivery timelines for customers facing increasingly complex infrastructure requirements.

Vertiv said the acquisition aligns with broader industry trends, as the rapid growth of artificial intelligence workloads is driving demand for faster deployment, greater flexibility, and higher performance across the infrastructure layer supporting data centers.
