Veryon, a leading provider of information services and software solutions for the aviation industry, announced the acquisition of EBIS from Tronair. The acquisition strengthens Veryon’s position in the aviation technology market by integrating EBIS’s industry-leading software for aircraft maintenance and ground support asset management across both business and commercial aviation sectors worldwide.
Through the acquisition, Veryon gains comprehensive ground support equipment (GSE) asset management capabilities and an advanced maintenance management solution widely used by Part 145 repair stations, FBOs, charter operators, airlines, and other maintenance providers. The integration of EBIS products enables Veryon to deliver an intelligent, unified platform that streamlines maintenance and asset management operations, enhancing efficiency, uptime, and transparency across global fleets.
Many aviation maintenance organizations continue to face challenges with outdated, disconnected systems that complicate both air and ground operations. The addition of EBIS will help Veryon modernize these processes by combining real-time aircraft maintenance workflows and analytics with centralized GSE management.
EBIS for MRO enables maintenance providers, service centers, and FBOs to operate more efficiently by integrating seamlessly with Veryon Tracking for real-time visibility of maintenance. Meanwhile, EBIS Ground Support Equipment extends this functionality to ground operations, enabling companies to manage and maintain their entire fleet—from aircraft to equipment—within one connected ecosystem.
The move aligns with Veryon’s strategy to offer next-generation, AI-driven solutions that simplify complex maintenance environments, reduce costs, and improve operational visibility for operators and MROs worldwide.
EBIS products are now available as part of the Veryon portfolio and can be licensed directly.
