Vestis Corporation has appointed Russell Tiejema as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 28, 2026, adding a finance executive with more than 30 years of experience as the uniform and workplace supplies company continues its business transformation.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Kettering University.

At Vestis, Tiejema will join the leadership team as the company focuses on operational discipline, financial planning, capital allocation, and its broader transformation program.

Vestis President and CEO Jim Barber said the company is working to advance operational excellence, commercial excellence, and optimization of its assets and network.

The company also highlighted several initiatives undertaken while Bowen served as interim CFO, including improvements in pricing execution, increased free cash flow conversion intended to strengthen the balance sheet, and outsourcing of corporate support functions.

Alongside the CFO appointment, Vestis reaffirmed its full fiscal year 2026 financial outlook previously provided with its third-quarter earnings release on August 11.

The September 28 announcement did not restate the specific financial ranges contained in the earlier outlook. Vestis Appoints Russell Tiejema…
