Vialto Law is adding Brown Immigration Law to its U.S. immigration platform, expanding its presence in the Midwest and strengthening its client base across technology and venture-backed companies. Brown Immigration Law was founded in 2006 and focuses on global business immigration matters.
The firm’s Managing Partner David Brown, along with its lawyers and professional staff, will join Vialto Law.
The team will continue operating from Brown Immigration Law’s Lincoln, Nebraska office.
Vialto Law is an independent U.S. immigration law firm affiliated with Vialto Partners.
The firm complements Vialto Partners’ broader global mobility platform, which includes immigration, tax, rewards, advisory, and private client services.
The transaction expands Vialto Law’s U.S. footprint while adding an established business immigration practice with experience serving technology and venture-backed companies.
Vialto said the combination is designed to help clients address increasingly complex workforce and immigration requirements through a combination of legal expertise, technology, and broader global mobility capabilities.
Brown Immigration Law’s clients will gain access to Vialto’s technology infrastructure and international resources while continuing to work with the existing Brown team.
The transaction also expands Vialto Law’s presence in the Midwest through the Lincoln office.
The addition represents another step in the firm’s recent immigration expansion.
In January 2026, Vialto Law added immigration legal professionals from Higgs Fletcher & Mack.
That followed the addition of approximately 30 immigration legal professionals from Seyfarth Shaw in October 2025.
Vialto Partners’ broader immigration practice has also been recognized as Immigration Provider of the Year in the Americas by the Forum for Expatriate Management for three consecutive years.
Vialto said its growth strategy reflects increased demand from multinational employers for coordinated immigration and global workforce services.
