Vinci Compass Investments has completed its acquisition of Navi’s Real Estate platform, adding approximately R$800 million in assets under management and expanding its position in Brazil’s real estate investment market.

The acquired assets span multi-strategy and residential investment strategies and are primarily held through perpetual and long-term lock-up vehicles.

The transaction also adds four REITs listed on the Brazilian stock exchange and/or CETIP to the Vinci Compass platform.

Vinci Compass said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the Brazilian REIT market, particularly within multi-strategy products, while expanding the range of investment strategies it can provide clients.

The firm operates across private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, forestry, equities, global investment products and solutions, and corporate advisory.

As of June 2026, Vinci Compass reported approximately R$361 billion in assets under management and advisory across its broader platform.
