Virginia Green Lawn Care announced the rebranding and acquisition of DVH Turf Management as part of its continued expansion into coastal Delaware, marking the next phase of a year-long partnership between the two companies. The move strengthens Virginia Green’s presence in the region, following its March 2025 launch of service to Delaware’s coastal communities.
The rebranding follows a year of collaboration during which Virginia Green worked alongside DVH’s local team to serve homeowners with science-based lawn care solutions tailored to the coastal environment. The company said the transition underscores its long-term commitment to the Delaware market and builds on DVH’s established reputation for personalized service and quality results.
Through the acquisition, former DVH customers will gain access to Virginia Green’s expanded suite of services, including state-certified lawn care programs, aeration and seeding, tree and shrub care, soil testing and amendments, and natural flea, tick, and mosquito control. The company will also introduce enhanced customer communication tools, online account management capabilities, and its 100% satisfaction guarantee.
DVH’s employees will join Virginia Green’s broader organization, increasing operational capacity while maintaining local leadership. Matt Clary will continue to lead the Rehoboth branch as the company deepens its footprint in coastal Delaware.
Founded in 2004 in Richmond, Virginia, Virginia Green operates 17 locations across five states and provides lawn care, aeration and seeding, tree and shrub services, and perimeter pest control to thousands of customers throughout the region. DVH Turf Management has served Delaware’s coastal communities for years and formally joins Virginia Green in 2026 as part of the company’s regional growth strategy.
