Visitt: $22 Million Series B Raised To Build A Single AI Interface For Commercial Real Estate Operations

Visitt, an AI native property operations platform for commercial real estate, has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures.

The company said the financing follows a year of rapid expansion in which Visitt grew managed square footage by more than 900% in 2025 and surpassed 150 customers. Visitt positions its platform as a replacement for legacy property systems, aiming to give building teams a unified operating environment where AI is embedded into day-to-day workflows rather than added as a layer on top of disconnected tools.

Visitt was co-founded by Chief Executive Officer Itay Oren, Chief Technology Officer Idan Wender, and Chief Product Officer Jonathan Kroll. The company said it built its platform around real-world operating workflows, informed by live building operations with operators across office, industrial, data center, multifamily, and retail properties.

The platform consolidates workflows that often sit across multiple systems, including work orders, compliance, predictive maintenance, tenant communications, equipment lifespan tracking, security, amenities, and finance. Visitt said its workflows are supported by millions of operational data points accumulated through its product usage, along with ongoing feedback loops from on-site property teams.

Susquehanna Growth Equity said it views Visitt as positioned to pursue a large market opportunity, highlighting the company’s AI-driven workflows and their impact on building operations and tenant experience. Visitt said the new capital will be used to accelerate product innovation and scale the organization as it expands its single interface approach across the workflows that property teams use daily.

Visitt said it plans to build on existing capabilities, including work order intelligence, an AI Agent for certificate-of-insurance management, and multilingual communication tools. It also said it will introduce new AI Agents intended to reduce manual work, expand predictive intelligence, and scale customer experience teams to support implementation and outcomes, while continuing to advance its proprietary onboarding technology.

The company said its platform is designed to address technology stack overload for owners and operators by consolidating core functions into one system and automating repetitive work. Visitt also cited internal research indicating 2 to 3 times improvements in property efficiency and response times, translating into thousands of hours saved per portfolio annually.
