The Visualize Group has completed its acquisition of eCOGRA, expanding its gaming testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform following regulatory approvals for the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition was originally announced June 30, 2026.
eCOGRA is joining BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier in 2026.
Together, BMM and eCOGRA form a gaming testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform spanning digital and land-based gaming markets.
The combined organization holds licenses or accreditations in more than 800 jurisdictions, including nearly every jurisdiction with legal regulated gaming, according to Visualize.
The companies plan to use their combined scale to increase investment in technology and capacity while supporting gaming suppliers, operators and regulators across a more complex global regulatory environment.
The closing coincided with major gaming industry events in Las Vegas and Lisbon, where BMM and eCOGRA leaders were scheduled to make their first joint appearances following the transaction.
