Vital Capital Partners Fully Subscribes $16 Million Healthcare DST Offering

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jul 29, 2026

Vital Capital Partners has fully subscribed a Delaware statutory trust offering that raised approximately $16 million from accredited investors.

Vital Capital Medical – Temple TX DST owns a build-to-suit inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Central Texas. The offering was introduced in late February 2026 and reached full subscription in less than five months.

Investors participated through independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisory firms.

A Delaware statutory trust allows investors to purchase fractional interests in institutional real estate. Qualifying investors may also use DST interests as replacement property in a Section 1031 exchange, potentially deferring taxes on gains from a prior real estate sale.

The six-acre property is located in Temple, Texas, and includes a 38,817-square-foot hospital with 36 inpatient rehabilitation beds.

The hospital is operated by a diversified healthcare system with facilities across 34 states. Its network includes 68 community hospital campuses, more than 70 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, and over 300 additional care locations.

Inpatient rehabilitation hospitals provide intensive therapy and medical support to patients recovering from strokes, injuries, surgeries and other serious conditions.

Vital Capital focuses on healthcare properties leased to established medical systems, physician groups and national healthcare providers.

The company was launched in 2024 by Robert Lee and Thùy Turner. It plans to continue expanding through DST offerings and fund structures.
