Broadview Group announced that its portfolio company VMC Group has acquired Fabreeka Holdings, including Fabreeka Germany and Fabreeka US, along with Tech Products, for $92 million.
Fabreeka is a 108-year-old manufacturer of precision vibration isolation, shock control, and thermal break solutions. The company serves markets including infrastructure, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, transportation, building and construction, energy, and testing.
Fabreeka’s product lines include engineered pads, engine mounts, and pneumatic isolation products. VMC Group said these capabilities complement its existing portfolio and strengthen its ability to deliver integrated solutions addressing air, noise, seismic, vibration, and shock forces.
Tech Products adds complementary application expertise and precision-engineered solutions, further expanding VMC Group’s reach across critical markets.
The acquisition is the most significant in VMC Group’s history. The transaction supports VMC Group’s strategy of expanding its platform through complementary, engineering-led acquisitions that help solve a broader range of customer applications.
