With the home services industry booming, Volca aims to streamline operations for these businesses, making them more efficient and profitable. Their primary offering is an SMS-based referral system that utilizes AI to communicate with homeowners, match them with relevant CRM systems (such as ServiceTitan), handle automated referral marketing, and process secure payments.
Founders Brendan Kazanjian and Brandon (Don) Rabovsky, childhood friends, were inspired by Don’s referral marketing expertise and Brendan’s family history in the construction industry. They witnessed the challenges faced by small businesses in a competitive market.
Volca’s vision extends beyond referral automation; they are building a comprehensive AI platform to enhance revenue functions in the home services sector, including lead generation, communication tools, and automations for reviews and upsells.
This funding will help accelerate Volca’s product development and improve customer service.
