Voloridge has acquired a portion of Harbourside Place in Jupiter, marking a significant expansion of its local presence and reinforcing its long-term growth plans in the region. The acquisition supports the creation of approximately 100 to 200 new high-tech and professional jobs and includes plans to construct a new building designed with an emphasis on health and wellness. The expansion reflects Voloridge’s strategy to attract top talent while fostering innovation across both finance and healthcare.
Voloridge has been headquartered at Harbourside Place for more than a decade and continues to play an active role in Palm Beach County’s professional and technology ecosystem. In 2025, the firm was named the No. 1 top workplace among mid-size employers in South Florida by the South Florida Sun Sentinel, recognized for its employee-centric culture.
Harbourside Place, owned and managed by Summit Ventures, is undergoing a broader transformation that includes a redesigned amphitheater, an expanded pedestrian-friendly waterfront, enhanced water access and amenities, and a major renovation and brand uplift of its hotel. The reinvestment aims to further establish the waterfront district as a vibrant destination for residents, visitors, and businesses.
The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County worked alongside Voloridge for more than a year on the expansion project. Established in 1982, the organization focuses on attracting and retaining industries, fostering business investment, and supporting workforce development across the county. Over the past five years, it has assisted more than 140 companies, contributing to the creation or retention of more than 13,110 direct jobs and generating over $1.12 billion in capital investment in Palm Beach County.
Voloridge operates across financial and health sectors through Voloridge Investment Management, LLC, a quantitative investment management firm, and Voloridge Health, LLC, a health and wellness technology company developing predictive, personalized tools.
