VPK Group announced that it has acquired Fencor Packaging Group, the owner of Manor Packaging, strengthening its position in the United Kingdom. The transaction follows VPK’s acquisition of a minority stake in the business in 2024 and gives the company full ownership of the packaging manufacturer.
Based in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, Manor Packaging operates a manufacturing facility supported by storage and warehousing operations that enable it to serve customers throughout the UK. VPK said Manor Packaging will continue operating as a standalone business within the group, preserving continuity for employees and customers while benefiting from the broader expertise and network of the family-owned packaging company.
David Orr, who has managed and expanded the business over the last 26 years, will retire. Tony Clifton, currently Sales Director, will assume the role of Managing Director of Manor Packaging and continue leading the business with a focus on customer service.
The acquisition expands VPK’s footprint in the UK market and positions Manor Packaging for continued growth under VPK’s ownership.
