Vyntelligence: $30 Million Series B Raised To Advance Agentic Video Intelligence

Vyntelligence has raised $30 million in new Series B funding, marking the company’s most significant investment to date. The round was co-led by Blume Equity and Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s 1GT climate private equity strategy, positioning the London-based Video AI platform for rapid expansion in the United States while further advancing its Agentic Video Intelligence technology.

Founded more than a decade ago, Vyntelligence has become one of the UK’s fastest-growing video AI companies by transforming how frontline and field workers capture, communicate, and act upon information. The company is already a trusted partner to 90% of the UK’s leading utilities, telecom, and retail enterprises. Its customers include SUEZ, EDP, Engie, Total Energies, Currys, Openreach, Cadent Gas, UK Power Networks, Northumbrian Water, and Severn Trent.

Vyntelligence’s platform enables frontline workers to document and report in-field conditions using short guided videos powered by AI. The technology helps businesses install, repair, and manage assets more safely and efficiently, reducing unnecessary site visits and enabling faster training, better compliance, and significant material and emissions savings. According to the company, customers have experienced benefits such as 85% faster deployments, 90% faster service resolution, and substantial reductions in rework-related waste.

The new capital will support the company’s growth strategy as global infrastructure spending and workforce shortages heighten the need for faster, more reliable, and more transparent field operations. By building on its proprietary SmartVideoNotes system and its uniquely deep data moat created over years of curated frontline video capture, Vyntelligence aims to strengthen its US market presence while enhancing its video-first AI product suite.

The expanding demand for infrastructure deployment across sectors such as HVAC, EV charging, fiber rollout, energy assets, and utilities provides a fertile backdrop for Vyntelligence’s expansion. The platform’s ability to automatically structure unstructured field data is helping organizations capture expert knowledge, train new workers faster, and support aging specialists who may need more flexible ways to contribute.

With the backing of Blume Equity and Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s 1GT strategy, the company plans to scale its enterprise reach globally while deepening its generative AI capabilities across video, vision, and speech.
