Denver-based Warehouse Anywhere announced it has acquired XPS Solutions, a provider of contact center and remote management services for the self-storage industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition creates what the companies describe as the industry’s first end-to-end platform connecting businesses seeking storage space with self-storage operators nationwide. The combined platform supports more than 17,000 storage locations across the U.S. by integrating marketplace technology, call center services, AI-enabled tools, and remote management capabilities.
Warehouse Anywhere has spent more than a decade developing a marketplace that helps businesses—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—find flexible, on-demand storage solutions. XPS Solutions, founded in 2000 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, brings more than 25 years of experience providing live agent services, tenant support technology, remote management, and integrations with over 10 leading facility management software platforms.
The combined company says it brings together nearly 40 years of industry expertise and data, enabling more intelligent business-to-storage matching, improved operator performance, and expanded AI-powered services. The integrated dataset combines Warehouse Anywhere’s insights into business storage demand and placement trends with XPS Solutions’ operational data, tenant interactions, and technology usage across hundreds of storage facilities.
Warehouse Anywhere plans to use these combined capabilities to accelerate the development of AI-enabled customer support, including intelligent call agents that can handle payments, account inquiries, facility information, and tenant support in real time.
XPS Solutions will continue operating under its existing brand as XPS Solutions, a Warehouse Anywhere Company.
