Watts Water Technologies has completed its acquisition of Saudi Cast, a Riyadh-based manufacturer of cast iron and stainless steel drainage solutions, marking a strategic expansion for the global water technology company across Saudi Arabia and key Middle Eastern markets.

The acquisition brings Saudi Cast, a business with approximately 20 million dollars in annualized sales, into Watts’ Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region. Watts funded the transaction entirely with cash on hand. The deal enhances Watts’ offerings in nonresidential and industrial drainage systems, an increasingly important segment as infrastructure and commercial development accelerate across the region.

Saudi Cast has long supplied drainage solutions across essential sectors, including water, construction, and energy. Its inclusion in Watts’ product portfolio strengthens the company’s ability to deliver integrated, sustainable water solutions to a broader customer base.

Watts, headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts, is a global manufacturer of plumbing, heating, and water-quality products for residential, commercial, and institutional environments. The company continues to execute on a strategy focused on international growth, product innovation, and expansion into underpenetrated markets.

The company noted that the acquisition contributes to its broader growth objectives while reinforcing its commitment to delivering reliable, energy-efficient, and sustainable water technologies. The integration of Saudi Cast is expected to proceed with an emphasis on operational alignment, customer continuity, and long-term market development.
