Waverly Advisors has acquired Bridge Creek Capital Management, a Cape Cod-based wealth management firm, marking Waverly’s second expansion in Massachusetts within seven months. The deal strengthens Waverly’s presence in the Northeast. It furthers the firm’s broader growth strategy following its equity investment from Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC’s Aspire Holdings platform in December 2021.
Bridge Creek was founded by Barry Paster and is known for offering personalized financial planning and disciplined long-term investment management. Paster and partner Scott Myers lead the firm, which serves a range of high-net-worth clients. The whole Bridge Creek team will join Waverly as part of the acquisition. The transaction increases Waverly’s assets under management by approximately $447 million, bringing its total AUM to roughly $26 billion as of October 31, 2025.
Waverly specializes in investment management and wealth advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, retirement plans, trusts, and families across the nation. Founded in Birmingham in 1999, the firm now operates 43 offices nationwide, with more than 350 professionals.
This transaction marks Waverly’s 27th completed deal since partnering with Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC’s Aspire Holdings platform. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Rebecca Daves advised Bridge Creek on Advisor Growth Strategies.
