Wayflyer, a working-capital provider for fast-growing small businesses, has secured a $250 million, two-year credit facility from ATLAS SP Partners, the warehouse finance and securitized products business, which is majority-owned by Apollo funds.

The facility marks a significant expansion of Wayflyer’s institutional funding base and comes as the company surpassed $100 million in annual revenues. The additional capital is expected to support Wayflyer’s continued growth while maintaining its underwriting standards and credit discipline. The funding will be deployed to small business founders seeking flexible financing to support inventory purchases, marketing investments, and broader expansion initiatives.

Wayflyer said the agreement reflects confidence in its underwriting model and portfolio performance, as well as its approach to scaling responsibly alongside global financial institutions.

To date, the company has deployed more than $6 billion in working capital to thousands of businesses globally. It focuses on providing non-dilutive growth capital to small businesses that are often underserved by traditional banks, particularly online merchants seeking alternatives to equity financing.

The announcement follows a period of increased demand from small businesses in the U.S. and continued operational expansion. Wayflyer has expanded its presence in New York City and recently established a new U.S. hub in Charlotte, North Carolina, reinforcing its long-term commitment to North America.

ATLAS SP Partners, which provides structured credit and asset-backed financing solutions, said the partnership aligns with its strategy of delivering tailored financing solutions to clients across the asset management landscape.
