Wayleadr, a workplace technology company that created the Arrival Platform category, announced a majority growth investment that will support the company’s next phase of global expansion.
Founded in 2016 by Garret Flower, Wayleadr helps organizations manage workplace arrivals, parking, access control, and visitor experiences. The company’s platform is used by major enterprises including OpenAI, Google, Uber, Novartis, Sanofi, and Riot Games. The platform now powers millions of workplace arrivals annually across more than 10 countries.
Under Flower’s leadership, the company expanded internationally with a strong focus on the U.S. market and became a recognized platform in workplace operations and arrival management.
As part of the transaction, Alex Thinath has been appointed CEO and will lead the company through its next stage of growth. Wayleadr said it plans to continue expanding its technology platform, customer base, and global presence while maintaining its focus on enterprise and real estate customers.
Flower will step away from day-to-day operations and focus on his next venture, Immensity, a technology and AI investment platform focused on building and acquiring next-generation businesses.
Wayleadr said it will continue operating under its existing brand and remain focused on delivering arrival experiences for enterprises and real estate operators worldwide.
