Wayleadr Receives Majority Growth Investment To Accelerate Global Expansion

Wayleadr, an arrival management platform focused on workplace access, parking, and visitor experiences, announced a majority growth investment that will support the company’s next phase of global expansion.

Founded in 2016 by Garret Flower, Wayleadr created the Arrival Platform category, helping enterprises modernize parking operations, workplace access, and visitor management across global real estate portfolios. The company says its platform facilitates millions of arrivals annually for organizations including OpenAI, Google, Uber, Novartis, Sanofi, and Riot Games.

Under Flower’s leadership as founder and CEO, Wayleadr expanded into more than 10 countries, with a significant emphasis on the U.S. market. The company has become a recognized technology provider for workplace operations and arrival management.

As part of the transaction, Alex Thinath has assumed the role of CEO and will lead the company through its next stage of growth. Wayleadr said it plans to continue expanding its technology platform, customer base, and international presence while maintaining its existing brand.

Flower will step away from day-to-day operations and focus on his next venture, Immensity, a technology and AI investment platform focused on building and acquiring next-generation businesses.
