Current CFO Sara Hyzer will become Division President, Americas on the same date. She will remain CFO through the transition and through the filing of WD-40 Company’s fiscal 2026 Annual Report on Form 10-K.

Stauffer most recently served as Chief Financial Officer, U.S., at Galderma, where he led finance for the company’s American business.
